Very welcoming and easy-going hiring process. The kind that was unusually fast - later realized why that was the case.

Just beyond hiring, quickly realized that it was a toxic work environment with high turnover. Staff were overworked and miserable, expectations unreasonable and lack of support and resources to adequately reach goals. Treated clients better than staff.
