No advancement opportunities, poor communication between managers and employees, Human Resource Director is not for the employee rights, but for the Company's rights. Corruption at all levels. What drives this company is the bottom line (money), all else falls short. Micro-Management to unimportant matters that has nothing to do with employee production nor performance. The doctors have their heads in the sand. A great fall for a company that used to be 'great'.
