The employees are amazingly committed to the overall philosophy and mission of the agency. Many staff have been here over 10+ years and are truly committed. Senior management and the Board of Directos are extremely involved in agency performance, goals and postioning.

Fair market and competitive salary's are not always the norm within each department, and performance increases are few as well. Opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited by the structure of the business. More attention could be given to determining career development opportunities and the agency is seeing expansion as well.
