the products are very effective and affordable , coworkers try to keep morale up, work hours allow for a work life balance

Constant turnover .....Owner will not accept the fact that he is the reason for all the turnover. He makes decisions and then takes no responsibility for his actions. I have worked here for over a year and and see a lot of things that others are not aware of . He hires great managers then sets them up for failure it awful to watch.
