Pros

- Unlimited AI tokens, basically a vibe-coding haven where spamming Opus 4.7 is just a normal Thursday. Spending 5 digits here on tokens is the norm. - Free lunch, lots of snacks, coffee etc. - Supportive of learning new technologies (sponsor certifications, etc.) - Easy to climb up the ladder if you’re extroverted. - Fast paced environment where you learn a lot

- Incredibly toxic. Some days you dread going to work because management is so fickle with decisions and a lot of work goes to waste. - Does not provide a 13 months salary. - The new appraisal system is quite unfair. - Some individuals get higher scores than others and it’s highly dependent on how much your manager likes you. - HR is against you instead of supporting you. - Pretty cult-ish. The upper management treat employees more like slaves rather than people. - Most of the vibe-coding engineers are ruining the infra because theres too much reliance on shipping quantity than shipping quality. Really wouldn’t recommend this place for top notch AI engineers. Even if this place pays you well, they’re paying you in exchange for your sanity.
