Upper management is disconnected and absolutely confused. Firing people on a whim without even knowing their name. And those that they do keep on, are friends of the family or golfing buddies that have no idea how to do their job. This forces the rest of the teams to constantly pick up the pieces to keep things afloat. Even worse, when these employee's commit extremely heinous and extreme infractions, THEY ARE REWARDED. I've been called disgusting things, been insulted to my face, seen people climb warehouse racks, and even had people seriously endanger themselves and hurt themselves, both in front of my superiors and members of HR. And the people that either participate or are directly the cause of this environment are picked up, given higher positions, because of their connections and "can do mentality". Those that work, that dedicate themselves are pushed down and kept low, without any opportunity to climb because they aren't one of the privileged few. Aside from the blatant admonishment of decency within it's wall, this company has one of the WORSE benefit packages I've ever seen. There's no 401k matching and the insurance is remarkably bad.
