They do have a really good understanding of the people they want to hire. Which most of time makes it easy to place a new hire on the team.

Underpaid employees for some times a VERY heavy workload. And other time not enough work to go around, so employees are sent home. But only if they are the ones to reach out to offer help to others. The ones who say nothing get to stay and pretend to work.
