Autonomy, non micromanagement, flexible working arrangements. Bonus structure was great when the company was performing well.

Company completely lacks culture. Since 2022 the company has been in absolute chaos. Nobody knows what's going on, who has responsibility for what or who's accountable. Employees have no confidence in leadership and leadership never tells the truth about the state of the business. Instead of telling the truth they just quietly layoff people and act like everything is okay.
