Company culture is so fast paced, that if you don't keep up, you will get ran over and left behind. Feedback is non-existent. Each position is expected to operate as 2-3 employees in one; which then translates to unreasonable expectations and taking advantage of their employees. You are set up for failure day one. At the end of the day, they will take everything they can from you, push you past your breaking point, and use you until there is nothing left and still expect you to over perform. Compensation is way behind the market Create an environment that focuses on trust and integrity. Everyone plays hot potato and no one wants to take accountability for anything, even senior/executive leadership. Burn out is inevitable and nothing is being done to fix it, they are too focused on growth, to slow down and fix the current breaks in processes, therefore failing their employees.
