This place used to have a great environment until the new CEO came in. He erased any semblance of culture and has the company chasing outrageous targets at the expense of their customers. Operations wasn't ready for all the forced growth causing the product to suffer and they hire any sales rep that walks through the door. You'll be asked to pound the phones and continuously be overworked and underpaid. It wasn't until after I searched around with competitors I realized how bad their compensation package was.
