Crowded space and outshined by industry peers who can do it better for cheaper. Nice but not kind management. A few stories: Had a bowling event where the then CEO spoke and pumped everyone one up, said it would be the best year ever, proceeds to leave the company and mass layoffs ensue. Hired a bunch of out-of-college kids with tons of potential, who had options, keeps them on for like 8 weeks and then laid off half of them. And to top it off, the head of HR posts on Monday how serious they take Suicide and Suicide Prevention, and on Thursday proceed to have another mass layoff. Tone Deaf? If you enjoy paying your mortgage/rent and hate job security, look no further!!!
