Good compensation, benefits, PTO, socials.

Kontras

Poor resource planning, too many clients per person, expect everyone to be 100% billable, time tracking is down to the minute, no work-life balance, very few people actually have space in their calendars for anything and they give clients whatever they want. They also use freelancers and independent contractors but put them on the website as part of the team and let the clients think these people are actually part of the team too. High turnover. People quit and get fired frequently.

Demand Spring has always been a work-from-anywhere business culture, so adapting to the WFH world we are all in now was already in our DNA. People here are smart, driven, compassionate and fun -- and experts at B2B growth marketing.

Covid has temporarily cancelled our twice yearly in-person gatherings. I miss those times together and can't wait to get that back.
