When I think about Why Deltek, it starts with the people. While sometimes a remote culture is challenging, I have the opportunity to work with so many different people around the world and across the business. The people also genuinely care about you as a person, not just the work you do and I have developed life-long friendships with my co-workers. I am the type of person who needs a good challenge and Deltek offers that for me. I have the chance to take on new challenges, learn new skills and processes and find opportunities to help my area of the business thrive.
