Pros

Very few good reasons to work for Deltek. The grounds surrounding our building are lovely, but beyond that I can think of no positive things to say.

*Human Resources completely unavailable and unresponsive to staff/employees. Rather they are completely focused squarely on management. What management says, goes. Employees do not have a voice, a say, or recourse. *Sr. Management Staff is woefully misguided in their leadership and people skills. There are so many incompetent managers it is difficult to imagine how this happened. * Sr. Management offers no mentoring, no guidance, no feedback, no information-sharing. And if there is a problem? Watch out. I've seen management put new employee on plans within a few months of employment. Huh???? Management operates with fear tactics and employees are terrified to take a stand. *Little flexibility in work/life balance. They are MORE than happy for you/me to work 50-60 hour weeks. With no extra compensation or comp days. However, God forbid you leave 30 minutes early one day. They will dock your pay. I've seen this time and time again. This was the final stra for me. I left because the company is heartless in its treatment of employees. I tell all of you: BEWARE.

Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
