Health Benefits, Wellness Benefits, Work Life Balance, everyone was happy and friendly, generous bonus for meeting goals. They invested a lot of money into employee retention with perks.
Kontras
They were bought by Thoma Bravo, LLC, October 2012. Everyone was told it would be business as usual. However, once the purchase was complete, they laid off 300 employees over a 3 month period. They have become very tight with expenditures and almost all perks have been eliminated.
