Bad management and no direction - Engineer bei DeltaHawk Engines: Mitarbeiterbewertung

After being there for several years, no business plan was ever developed. The product under design is driven by specifications created over 2 decades ago and has little to no relevance in the current market. Additionally, failures to generate cash flow are taken out on the companies employees. When I started employee incentive programs were common but were quickly taken away when management was unhappy with progress. By the time I left, employee morale was abysmal and I witnessed some of the top talent leave in troves.
