The company was sold a while ago and that did not benefit the employees in any way, on contrary it brought more problems, the work started to be outsourced, people with no knowledge or experience added into the teams and that lead to toxic and blame culture as the quality decreased and devs got fed up.

- No promotions, spent 3 years of my career with absolutely no progress whatsoever (Performance Reviews exists just to discourage)
