Like Delta electronics as a whole seems to be a great company but in krishnagiri it's a manufacturing plant where they produce chargers for TVS,honda and some other clients. Management of the plant is absolutely not good and its very inefficient. No proper training given to entry level engineers instead they ask us to sweep the floors and machines. I don't know about SEZ aka KG6 but the plant KG2 is not at all a good place to work especially in Testing and maintenance departments. No and not a single training is given to freshers regarding the rules of production and maintenance but they ask us to be innovative and that's the main reason for me to quit the company and also for engineering graduates not only this company any manufacturing sector is absolutely not feasible if you're not selected in SAP domain(Production Planning and Control).
