Restructures come often. There is a bit of politicking going on at the upper management level.

Leadership invests in employee development and actively seeks feedback to make the company better. I've had opportunities to learn, contribute outside of my role, and work with people who truly care about both each other and our members.

**Cons** Like any growing organization, communication can sometimes be a challenge, and priorities may shift as the company continues to evolve. That said, one of Delta Defense's strengths is that leadership actively listens to employee feedback and is continually working to improve communication and transparency.
