Amazing working environment! You really feel like you are part of something MASSIVE! Your input matters - making and influencing the business, helping it get to the next level. The structure is very linear and focuses on transparency & flexibility. Everyone is in it together, working collaboratively to achieve the same goals. We are also rewarded very nicely for our hard work with plenty of paid events, trips & incentives. Although technically a "start-up" in Australia the business is very successful globally so you have nothing but support from experienced leadership. More importantly, the technology is helping our customers! This is the driving force of all who work here and the culture.
