Pros: Del Rentals is filled with positive and hard-working colleagues who are always willing to lend a helping hand! I have over a decade of experience working in my field, and this is the first company I've worked with that encourages teamwork and sincerely cares for their people. Workload can get overwhelming at times, but everyone is willing to help each other to get the job done.
If issues arise, we take the time to figure out how we can learn from the situation to improve service, rather than just point fingers and play the blame game.
I can truly say that my mental health improved the minute I started working for Del Rentals, because I love working with my team and look forward to seeing them! Work/life balance is fantastic and managers encourage their team members to take their allotted time off. We still operate on a hybrid work model, which is a blessing and helps with work-life balance and morale. Employees are trusted to do their work rather than being micromanaged by their managers.
Del Rentals also has a great Social Committee that plans fun events and helps keep employee morale up.
