Met some good people, can make friends. Have a 10 vacation policy as soon as you enter. Work with new tech. Work with US clients (can practice English). Can do home office or remote work. Good to learn challenging projects.

Office building is very old. They don't or rarely invest on outside teachers or courses for the people. It is difficult to take vacations because of project, most of the time you need to change your vacation time cause of projects. Raises are not given because you deserve automatically, you need to request your own raise and they take a long time to give it to you. Projects are never sold right, makes it difficult to deliver on time. Culture changed, it is a militarized company. Payroll delays. The yearly tax declaration is handled shady.
