Pros
- Creative, strategic, data-driven team (the best I've been a part of)
- Good agency structure with a team dedicated purely to strategy and client success
- Relatively competitive pay and benefits
Kontras
- Overly focused on culture -- feels more like a cult with mandatory participation outside of work hours, sing-alongs, team building events, etc. Aggressive questioning from CEO/team if absent from last-minute company events.
- Overly focused on being "cool" -- directing employees to be "extra cool" when clients are in, dress a particular way, play specific music, etc.
- Hire lots of interns and entry-level employees (crapshoot of quality to save $ on payroll & exploits people who don't know better about healthy work cultures)
- Outsource lots of work vs structured for internal strategic alignment
- Company focused on tried and true tactics of what works but not open to bigger, innovative thinking
- Outdated PTO structure (be more flexible, grant more sooner, etc)
