SES level management are aware of the issues but are too afraid to address the issues. If you are looking for an equitable, a work environment free of harassment, professional development, and a culture of inclusivity and mutual respect then DCSA is not the agency for you. There are a tons of IG and EEO complaints going around and my guess is that they are constantly being ignored.
