Hours, flexibility, staff are friendly, work relatively easy, very close to home, minimal out of hours expectations, technical requirements, easy job, flexi hours
Kontras
Pay, some management in post too long and have obvious favorites, difficult to break in to the inner circle, a lot of 'we always do it this way'. Reluctance to appreciate skill sets and enhance. Only view is money and task, little thought for staff.
