You're motivated and supported to start your own projects, the colleagues are amazing and there is an overall laidback and relaxed atmosphere without losing focus to targets.

I started little over a year ago and it has been in constant development. Which has it good and bad sides. Unfortunately for the company, and especially the people, it was a turbulent last half year (nov-april). Luckily, they recognized the problem and handled it. Still developing but now upwards. This has given all of the employees a new boost in confidence as well and we are all working together to growth again.

Ich habe hier sehr gerne gearbeitet. Das Unternehmen ist jung, sie richten sich an ein jüngeres Publikum und so waren alle meine Kollegen auch jünger (zwischen 22 und 35). Allerdings trugen auch alle eine gewisse Verantwortung, was die Atmosphäre entspannt aber dennoch professionell machte. Das Arbeitsverhältnis ist sehr familiär und alle lieben das Unternehmen. Weil man Verantwortung trägt, lernt man sehr schnell, was der eigenen beruflichen Entwicklung zugute kommt.

Die Firma ist instabil, Loyalität der Mitarbeiter wird missbraucht, kaum Boni, Gehalt ist nicht so gut und es ist sehr weit weg. Aufgrund einiger Entscheidungen im Jahr 2018 ist die Firma aktuell im Überlebensmodus, was heißt, dass Budget gespart und verkleinert werden muss. Ich hoffe, dass sich das ändert, aber vermutlich nicht innerhalb von 6 Monaten.
