Legacy systems can become bottleneck at times but the team is uplevelling and modernizing at a rapid pace

The people I worked with directly were wonderful. It’s unfortunate that they were overworked and under appreciated (both lack of recognition and financial compensation).

Words like “innovation” and “collaboration” are often thrown around at Deep Sync —which have no real meaning and no claims to back it up. Just empty corporate rhetoric. Leadership at Deep Sync are misguided in their visions of AI supremacy, so much so that it negatively impacts the real people that worked there for decades.
