Awful place to work - Graphic Designer bei Dee Sign: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Many people have been working at Dee Sign for over 20 and 30 years so most people know what they're doing. Depending on your job there can be a fair amount of flexibility and autonomy. The environment is very casual and laid back with good benefits and fair compensation.

Attendance policy can be very strict because it's in the manufacturing sector. Sometimes you need to pitch in outside your job description. Not very many windows.

Laid back, easy work. Early hours (I worked 5AM to 1PM). No formal lunch, but you do get a 20 minute break paid and the manager usually would just let you have 30 minutes. This was nice, as you didn't have to stay the extra 30 minutes like most places.

The pay was low when I worked here (I left in 2018 and made $10/hour, so I'm not sure what it is now) so I couldn't stay. In the paint room, there were fumes and chemicals to be wary of. It's ventilated, but there still are fumes. I didn't work there long enough to know any true cons.
