They DON'T allow breaks in between work. When logging time the boss literally said "pause the timer while taking coffee/lunch break". Underpaid job. They pay by the hour and expect efficiency. They preach not to hire cheap labour overseas but they do that themselves. Overall, a very toxic work environment.
