There are good opportunities for career growth, with many senior roles having progressed from junior positions internally. The company also makes an effort with culture, regular “Final Friday” catch ups, team lunches and dinner, plus two big internal events each year including the annual briefing and a really well organised Christmas party. Recently birthday leave was introduced which is a nice touch.
