Not much of pros for this place.

Awful place to work. They are a company size of about 25 employees and when I joined they made it sound like a great company. But after a few months the owner and senior people would treat you like dirt. They also broke many work place laws such as telling you not to talk about pay to other employees, asking sexuality of employees, and being racist towards potential candidates as well. Absolutely stay away from this company at all costs. Talking to most employees there no one enjoys working there as the owners and again "management" are all very narcissistic and talk down to you and swear at you as well. I have seen multiple employees get out of one on one meetings crying and while in the office you can hear the meeting going on and them getting yelled at. They like to talk about being "professional" and how you need to be professional (which I agree with) but the owners who preach this are the complete opposite of this. As an entry level employee I got 3 weeks paid vacation but the right when I used two days of vacation they fired me after I got back.

While we always encourage employee feedback and look to continually improve our Company culture, we felt the need to respond to several of the allegations in this review. At no point has DebtNext ever “broke work place laws” and we have a zero tolerance policy towards any racist or sexual orientation comments towards our employees and this is specifically called out in our Employee Handbook. Over the past 21 years, we have taken great pride in providing an environment which allows for personal and professional growth for our Team members. Again, we are extremely open to the feedback from our current and ex-employees when provided in a constructive manner.

Pros

Not many to claim other than a few people that have been there a long time. The employees are helpful.

Management and management style. This company is a cluster. There are no processes and procedures for standard business cases. They hire people to get above 23 people and then fire a few because the company cannot grow with their existing leadership. The founders of the company do not care about their employees and take advantage of the people who have been there a long time.
