*my last review was deleted so lets try this again* I have seen an owner escorted out by the police and later to find out he is no longer an owner for reasons unknown and unexplained. I personally seen an inappropriate relationship in the stairwell of the office between him and an employee so I am shure it had something to do with that. I have personally seen employees hired n fired within 48 hours for really no reason. The positions are severely underpaid. Expect to make 20% less than any comparable company in a comparable job. The current owner is completely out of touch with pay, employees, and transparency. In short if you are looking for a stable company, with good pay, decent treatment, in a good environment this is not the place you would want to come. Most of us realize that this company will not survive the current health situation so this review may not matter. Do not count on speaking to the human resources department with any sort of privacy unless you are the owner trying to avoid a lawsuit. The products within the company are completely flawed and broken but it matches their processes so at least there is some consistency.

Pros

I really enjoy working at Dealer eProcess. Good benefits, and time off accumulates pretty fast after the first year. Flexible managers, especially if you have a quick doctor's appointment.

Kontras

They host a quarterly meeting which in the past has ran too long. They changed it up this year and it was more engaging.

Pros

The PPC team is a really really great group of people. Top-down. They have a fun culture in regards to the way all the employees interact with each other, and how everyone's so friendly. The PPC team doesn't really want you working past the bell. They want you to go home when it's time to go home, and they'll make sure you know it. I think that it comes from being a younger team, with the oldest in-office member being early 30's. Everyone on the team will help you, if you need it.

Kontras

The pay is bad, and it's difficult to make more in the role. You can move up, which comes with a 5 grand increase, after 3-6 months of working there. Their bonus structure is based on call reviews and doesn't pay a ton. The max you can make is $1,000 per quarter as a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist if you have an incredibly high score in order to earn it. High turnover, usually. I can guarantee it's primarily because of the client-base of dealerships being frustrating, and the poor pay. Only negative thing I can say is that the managers and heads of the company sometimes make it feel like you're going to get fired. 4 different people on our team have expressed that feeling, including myself, which is not how a manager or high level associate should be running the ship. I don't think it's a long term solution if you're looking to make more money in the future. They know they likely won't retain you for incredibly long amount of time (5+ years), so they aren't as open to helping you develop your career past your daily tasks.
