Design consulting can be hard because we work with a diverse set of clients on a variety of topics. The people at Daylight make even the tough parts fun and manageable. Daylighters are people who look out for teammates and often over-deliver. The best part of working here is that it feels safe to be oneself, or be creative and vulnerable. There is a culture of support more than judgement.
Kontras
As the company maintains its small size and flat hierarchy there's not much room for career advancement (i.e. promotions) other than the learning itself that comes from doing projects. The company is small so doesn't have the streamlined structures that a big mature company would have.
