Very cheap and aggressive attitude towards staff members, no respect for people, their knowledge and expertise. All other people on earth are stupid for them,,,they are the aryans as well as their family members who are given responsibilities well beyond their abilities - the result is disaster. It is definitely the last place one should never accept a job - particularly for established professionals. It will be a total loss of time, energy. If their clients were to know about their work methodology, they would not believe the level of amateurism. Sacking people for queer reasons is an every 3 month event within the company.
