As soon as I was getting the hang of the work, boom, they switch me to a new team with different work forcing me to relearn, and they wonder why I couldn't meet the goal. Terrible micromanagement, as in "what did you work on", "what are you doing" "why are you doing that" every single day. Only way to meet the goal number is to work 1-2 hours over your shift time off the clock. Health insurance is expensive and doesn't cover anything.
