No chance to get days off on bank holidays. Micromanagement. Evaluating performance based on numbers instead of work ethic/attitude. Recognition tool is politics - it does not reflect the true hardworkers. You only get to progress if you ask management, otherwise they'll let you work until one takes initiative to express interest in progression. No yearly salary talk! No promotion unless you do a secondment training, which doesn't even guarantee a promotion.
