The people at individual contributor level are great to work with.

Within the business unit that I work in, long term goals and strategy do not exist. Executives try to grab the business that they can and implement accounts without a long term vision for support and technology. I've seen hiring in certain areas, just to turn around and fire employees within those same areas during the next 6 months. There is also no long term commitment to employee development.
