Pros

- Managers are reasonable and you are not expected to work ridiculous hours. - You are encouraged to take PTO by your manager. - A relatively young and friendly team. - Managers allow the team members to take a 3-4 week vacations once a year. - Paid to learn, training and or tuition reimbursement. - Free soda fountain - Always some free food brought in by coworkers.

Kontras

- Top management has not been stable, 3 CEO's in 3 years - Raises have been in the range of 0-3% for the last few years. - Hard to work with the team that is in orlando, lack of facetime = lack of mutual respect - HR is spread too thin and is not onsite and therefore not always responsive - Management and HR is not familiar with California employment laws. - Mother company has stopped investing $ into the company until a performance turnaround is observed.

Pros

The people I work with, We are all like family, Great benfits and pto time is great, The pay is okay,But we get a lot of overtime.

I really don't have any downside working at Datamax, I love my job, If mayby there is one it would be ,They let to many people call off work and get away with it. There are quite a few that take advantage of this, And all it does is make it harder on those that are there every day.
