Little to no promotion opportunity to move to other departments (other than sales) or get a promotion. Salary is far below what other companies offer for same position. Little to no support from management regarding personal or professional growth. Huge push to take calls, to the point it is turning into a call center. Management will find a way to punish you if you speak up, even though you are asked to do so. If its not what they want to hear they make sure you don't do it again. Very much a do as we say not as we do mentality in there.
