Pros

Well defined goals and overall planning in my department. Very supportive management that trusts the team. Easy to reach people, including senior management. Quick turn around time, no a lot of being stuck waiting for someone's approval.

Kontras

There are weeks with heavier workload but, overall, it's pretty manageable. Seems like engineering, product and design don't always work together but rather want to push their own agenda to the detriment of overall product.
