Best culture I have ever been part of - comes down from the top
Amazingly smart and hard working people
Great collaboration
Teams are very accountable
Always look to promote internally first - again, this comes from the top, I have seen the CEO and other executives push this at every opportunity
In short, this was my best 5 1/2 years ever. Felt an amazing self of accomplishment with what the Company was able to do during my tenure. It's only after leaving that I realize HOW MUCH this place was amazing. I met so many amazing people,

Not everybody can handle this pace
For me personally, did not have the best work-life balance, but I probably did a lot of it to myself
In-office culture... great if you buy into it, I do believe this led to great collaboration
