The best thing about Datadog that I haven't experienced in any other workplace is how everyone respects and accepts each other on a human level. I'm not resented for being a parent that sometimes has things come up, I'm seen fully and feel encouraged to bring my whole self to work. It's genuinely a beautiful thing and I don't take this lightly! Also, the benefits are amazing and unlimited PTO + hybrid work schedule is a game changer for my well being.
