Pros

+ One of the most driven, get-it-done cultures I've experienced + The incumbent sales leadership in SG is a huge pro - especially on the commercial sales level. Truly intelligent and they understand the need for teamwork to win complex, yet high-velocity deals. They really want you to GROW, and take the time to mentor you WITHOUT "blaming" culture. Very rare! + Your team and leadership will absolutely rally around you as you get out there to win deals. There will always be some naysayers, but if you're someone that wants to perform at a high-level and understands it won't always be easy, this company WILL push you to get there

+ Not necessarily a "con", more of a fact: APAC will not have as many resources compared to other regions (US, EMEA, etc.) so you'd need a GET IT DONE mindset + You'd need a baseline aptitude for technology to do well - or at least the ability to grasp concepts quickly. It's a complex product, not turnkey at all
