• Every single engineer I’ve met here is passionate, excited about the work and love to be there. That’s a strong plus. Work is never boring and there are always things to learn. I like being there as much as I did 18 months ago. • My manager is fantastic, cares about health and happiness. • Talented engineers. • Flat hierarchy. Great transparency. Everyone is approachable. Good remote culture in teams where appropriate.

• The only downside is that even though a work life balance is encouraged, supporter and recommended by management, everybody still works around the clock and the culture seems to head in that direction. It takes strong individual effort to change this for yourself but it is possible and people will support it, at least to my experience and in my team. • Salaries could be better.
