In reality CSM's are also AM's without commission - Little to no chance of significant career growth - Management is typically hired externally and provides little to no support to CSMs, mainly there for reporting and enforcing changes

      great culture, good benefits and perks, fantastic training and support, realistic and achievable quota, really fun people to work with, clear path to promotion
