It is mind blowing how the leadership team is transparent about strategic decisions and company orientations. - The quality of the people is amazing - Excellent product and open source philosophy. Customers loves using Databricks and it's revolutionizing the use of Data and AI at global level.

      - comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
