Everyone has their own repository of content so a lot of repeated work being done in silos. - Product surface area is very large and growing every day. Makes it hard to get a good grasp on who the target persona are and delve deep into a specific functionality or domain. Have to be a jack of all trades and split attention between many different parts of the platform.
