- Dataweave has the coolest work culture and it's open to new ideas across the board. Founders are easily approachable and you can discuss all sorts of ideas with them and they are really open to good ideas. -I got to work on some of the hardest problems and learnt many things and it's going on. You get to work on millions of data points and very huge datasets and if you are passionate about it, Dataweave is the one. - Org is really flexible and usually, it will not impose strict work timings unless there is a reason. Importance is given to the task and how effectively you complete it. -People are very friendly and down to earth and this is one of the beautiful aspects of the org. This has really helped me to work in collaboration with all the teams. - Especially during covid times, Dataweave stood very strong with the employees and has helped each one with whatever best is possible. Really appreciate.
