Don't let the good reviews fool you. The overall rating is severely skewed by the staged, artificial ones left during the inception of this company. Leadership has no idea what they're doing and they treat their employees very poorly. That works top to bottom as management is also terrible as well. Many of times, VPs throw their own teammates under the bus. Many managers, engineers, and specialists are typically very smart and very nice, however, the people leading these smart cookies are dumb as rocks. The culture is nothing like other Silicon Valley startups. Don't come here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your insights and I appreciate your favorable feedback on the company pay and benefits. On culture and leadership, sometimes a misunderstanding happens. However, there are many different leadership styles, we are cognizant of this as our culture evolves.

Supportive peers, nothing much other than that.

Very low pay considering how heavy the workload is. The leadership is shortsighted and don’t see the employees as capital. The turnover rate is getting much higher leaving a big mess.
