Very remote friendly (and remote-first at this point), incredible work-life balance (super flexible, unlimited PTO), leadership with equal parts passion for the company/product and passion for their employees and currently in a very exciting time in the company's history as it's steadily growing while beginning to take big steps towards the next phase of the platform.
Kontras
At times the journey along the product roadmap feels like it's missing clear checkpoints but with new team members focused primarily on the product's definition I'm hopeful the vision becomes clearer going forward.
